I met with the owner Vasiliy in October, and he emailed me a professional and reasonable bid. I have oak floors on my main level which consists of 80yr+ and 25yr old oak. I had him install new red oak in a new room which is 13x20, and the new oak had to be weaved into the 25yr old kitchen oak. They were fast and did a great job weaving in the new oak.

Next they removed all the shoe trim in the living, dining and hall way. I did feel they could have cut the shoe from the baseboard a little more carefully, and that would have saved me work on the baseboard. Everything was sanded without much dust.

Vasiliy came with stain colors and very patiently mixed colors and wiped them on the oak until I was happy with the color. I mean VERY patient. The stain was applied and left to dry. He then applied three coats of top coat with sanding between each coat. Since I didn't know what to expect, I do wish he had explained what it would look like between coats, and that the sanding in between would remove any little particles. The shoe trim was put back on and they were done.

The crew was efficient, friendly, and Vasiliy was there every day either to work or get the crew going. They really know what they are doing, and my floors are beautiful!
